The Standard build caps quality at 1080p to balance quality against processing time. 4K files are very large, slow to merge, and use a lot of bandwidth.
Can I download a whole playlist?
Not yet. Each link you paste processes exactly one video. This is a deliberate choice to prevent bulk-download abuse.
Is downloading music from YouTube a copyright issue?
Most music on YouTube is copyrighted. You should only download content you posted yourself, royalty-free content, or content you have permission for. See our Terms of Use.
Why does YouTube take longer than other platforms?
Because the server has to download the video and audio streams separately and merge them into one file. Platforms like Facebook and TikTok serve a finished file, so they're faster.
