Report copyright infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder (or their legal representative) and believe the service is helping access content that infringes your rights, please submit a removal request following the instructions below.

A removal request must include

• Your name and contact information (or the organization you represent).
• A description of the copyrighted content being infringed.
• The specific URL of the content on the source platform.
• A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, their agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the request is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• The signature (electronic or physical) of the authorized person.

We will review and respond to valid requests within a reasonable time (target: within [number of days] business days).

After we receive it

• If the request is valid, the related content/link will be blocked from the system and any related temporary files deleted.
• Copies already downloaded by users beforehand are beyond our ability to recall - this is the technical nature of file downloads.
• We may keep a record of complaints to handle repeat cases, kept separate from normal operational data.
